How to register for online services

Important note: Even if you ask your automobile dealership to fill out the rebate application for you when you purchase your vehicle, you must first register online and complete your user profile in its entirety.

Three simple steps

Step 1: Create your account

• As a new user, click on Create an account.

  Create an account

• Choose your own user code, which may be your e-mail address.
• Please note that the first name and surname must be identical to those shown on your social insurance card.

Step 2: Activate your account

• An e-mail is then sent to the address provided. It contains a hyperlink on which you must click to activate your account.
• Click on Connect and enter the requested information.
• You can then access the Roulez électrique program’s online services for the first time. You must now complete your profile (this is obligatory).

Step 3: Complete your profile

• Under Type of profile, select “Individual”.
• Provide all the information requested, and accept the conditions of use.

You now have an account! You can go to your automobile dealership and obtain the purchase or leasing rebate when the transaction takes place. You can then use the online services to monitor progress with your application or to file a charging station reimbursement request

Online services available

Here is a list of the online services accessible since October 30, 2017.

Online service	Who fills out this section?
Creation of a user account	The individual, before he visits the automobile dealership.
Creation of the profile (contact information and so on)	The individual, before he visits the automobile dealership.
New vehicle rebate application	The automobile dealership when the transaction is completed. An individual can submit his application online only if he did not obtain the rebate when the transaction was completed.
Used vehicle rebate application	The automobile dealership when the transaction is completed. An individual can submit his application using the PDF form only if he did not obtain the rebate when the transaction was completed.
Follow-up to the processing of a request	The individual and the automobile dealership
Refund application for a home charging station	The individual
Enter social insurance number	The individual TEQ will use the individual’s SIN to produce a Relevé 27 “Paiements du gouvernement” tax slip. Individuals are required by law to provide their SIN when a tax slip must be issued in their name.
